If you crochet, knit, constantly use the computer or other action that put strain on the hand and wrists, the hand and wrist warmer will help manage the pain while bringing a total relaxing experience.
Description
?This hand mitt is made of 100% cotton flannel fabric for a soft, soothing feel.
?The inside of the bag is lined with a microwaveable cotton batting that provides extra softness and helps extend the warmth of the flaxseed;
?Filled with 100% unscented natural flaxseed, NO other fillers are used in any of truME's FlaxBags. Each mitt weighs approximately 24 ounces;
?The item is created with separate chambers that provides for an even distribution of heat and extends the therapeutic experience;
?Fits most adults, easily slips on and off and is adjustable with a velcro closure;
?Store in the freezer in a zip lock bag (included with your purchase) for as needed, gentle cool therapy. Need warmth, take out of the plastic, zip lock bag and pop in the microwave.
TEST, TEST, TEST your heating times for maximum comfort and to avoid possible injury and burning of the flaxseed. Test in 30 second intervals with a maximum heat time of 2 minutes. The warm and moist action will last approximately 30 minutes.

Hello and Welcome to my world!
As a stay-at-home mom I worked from home doing alternations and crafting gifts for all occasions. When my youngest went to school, I joined the outside workforce and had a successful career that expanded 35+ years.
I never lost my love and passion for creating. When I retired from the outside workforce I decided the time had come and went back to what I truly love, I've come full circle.
I’ve always loved trying anything and everything that got my creative juices flowing, but my true passion was the sewing machine. In 2018, truME Collection was launched and 2023 I introduced Dani's Pawtique. You can do anything and accomplish whatever you want on this life's journey no matter where you are on that journey. You simply need to be tru to yourself.
How it’s Made
All truME Therapeutic Flaxseed Heat and Cold Bags and other gift items are made using quality fabric and materials. My therapeutic bags are only filled with all-natural food grade flaxseed, no other fillers are used. When selecting a scented variation, the flaxseed is blended with organic lavender/chamomile or eucalyptus/peppermint with a trace of pure essential oils.
All items are stitched using both overlock and single needle machines for lasting durability in my eco-friendly, home workshop.
